FAQ's

  • What is a Transaction Coordinator?

A transaction coordinator carries out the admin work involved in a real estate transaction. We take over the paperwork from contract acceptance and monitor the process through closing. We handle paperwork, deadlines, and confirm your files are compliant.

  • How will you keep me in the loop?

Before we start working together we will discuss your preferences on communication. We send updates weekly, letting you know the status of your files and any outstanding items.

  • Will you communicate with my client directly?

Direct contact with your client increases the efficiency and timeliness of the process. However, we are happy to funnel communications through you if that is a more preferable option. If we do communicate with your client it will be via email and you will be copied on all correspondence.

  • What if my deal cancels?

We don’t get paid unless you do. If your deal cancels, our services on that file are complimentary and we hope to see you on the next one.

  • How can you help me scale my business?

We help you leverage your interests by freeing your time and taking care of the administrative work and tasks involved in the process. Without the daunting weight of paperwork, you will have more time to seek new clients and deals.

  • What am I still responsible for?

You will still be responsible for any negotiations, addendum verbiage, attending inspections/walk-throughs, reviewing settlement statements/disbursement authorizations, and jumping in to help resolve issues when necessary.
